Are Avenelle products authentic?

Yes. Full-size perfumes are authentic products. Perfume samples are decanted from original perfume into separate sample bottles with atomizers and do not come in the fragrance brand's original retail packaging.

What sample sizes are available?

Availability depends on the product. Common sizes are 2 ml, 5 ml and 10 ml. Available options are displayed on each product page.

How can I pay?

Available OPAY payment methods are displayed at checkout. Your payment is confirmed securely through OPAY, your bank or the card payment provider. Avenelle cannot see your online banking login details or full card details.

How do I choose a delivery method?

In the cart or at checkout, you can use Parcely to select an available delivery method and a suitable parcel locker or pickup point. The final option and price are shown before you confirm your order.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 2–5 business days in Estonia.

Can I return my order?

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Statutory exceptions may apply to products with opened hygiene packaging or protective seals. The full terms and an online way to submit a request are available on the Returns page.

What should I do if an item is damaged or incorrect?

Email info@avenelle.ee as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue and photos if available.
